How to get your heel-to-toe measurement.
1) Place one foot on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall.
2) Trace the outline of your foot. Easier if you have someone help. Avoid holding the pencil at an angle.
3) Using a ruler, measure the longest heel-to-toe part of your outline. Take measurement and reference the size chart to determine your shoe size.

Are Biankina shoes truly vegan?
Absolutely. We are a PETA-approved vegan brand. We use zero animal products, from our organic canvas uppers down to our glue-free, vulcanized rubber soles.
Where are your shoes made?
Our shoes are "heartmade" in ethical workshops across Spain. By manufacturing in Spain, we support traditional craftsmanship and ensure fair labor practices while minimizing our carbon footprint.
Are Biankina espadrilles comfortable for all-day wear?
Yes! Unlike traditional espadrilles, Biankina designs feature cushioned midsoles for added comfort. Combined with our lightweight, breathable organic cotton, they are engineered to keep your feet energized for 12+ hours, making them perfect for outdoor weddings, travel, or busy workdays.
How do I find my perfect fit?
Most of our styles run true to size. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the best fit.

How do I clean my Biankina shoes?
For our jute espadrilles, we suggest spot cleaning with a damp cloth to keep the natural fibers in top shape.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders (Standard 3-5 Business Days). If you’re in a hurry to get your new favorites, we also offer Expedited and Priority shipping options at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your shoes. If they’re not quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days.
How do "Free Returns" work with Redo?
For a small fee at checkout, you can add Redo to your order. This gives you free return shipping labels and package protection.
If you don't opt for Redo, you can still return your items, but the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
How do Pre-Orders Work?
To reduce waste and ensure the highest quality, many of our styles are produced in small, artisanal batches. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a pair currently being handcrafted just for you in Spain.
Because of this meticulous, slow-fashion process, pre-orders can take 6 weeks or more to ship. We appreciate your patience in supporting sustainable craftsmanship—we promise the world-class comfort is worth the wait!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We typically process orders Monday through Friday. Once your shoes leave our warehouse, Standard Shipping generally takes 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your pair is on its way!
