How to get your heel-to-toe measurement.
1) Place one foot on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall.
2) Trace the outline of your foot. Easier if you have someone help. Avoid holding the pencil at an angle.
3) Using a ruler, measure the longest heel-to-toe part of your outline. Take measurement and reference the size chart to determine your shoe size.

Our return shipping policy includes a convenient option through our Redo service. If you purchase Redo at checkout, we offer complimentary return shipping for your items. Here's how it works:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products should be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
If you haven't purchased Redo, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and validate your returned items, your refund will be processed within two weeks.
