The worst company. I have been waiting a month for my refund. I have emailed multiple times without a response. It took them 3 weeks to send the shoes. In total the process of buying the shoes and returning them started in the beginning of June. Customer service is horrendous. Do not buy from them.
I originally ordered gray espadrilles, size 8 but received navy ones, and the 8 was too small. A new pair in size 9 was shipped to me, but also were navy, not gray. I decided to keep them anyway as they are very well made and comfortable, and it turns out they go with so many things! Love them...
