How do Biankinas Fit?

Our shoes are available in narrow/medium width, offering both full and half sizes. If you find yourself between sizes, we suggest going up a size.

Canvas sneakers, sandals, and espadrilles initially fit snug and naturally stretch with wear.

Will my shoes stretch?

We recommend wearing them for 1-2 weeks to break in. Pro tip: trying them with socks can also help the shoes break in more easily!  

How do i clean my Biankinas?

Maintaining the freshness of your Biankinas is easy!

• Spot Cleaning: For general upkeep, spot cleaning works wonders.

• Machine Wash (Sneakers): Sneakers can go in the washing machine on the gentle cycle. Prior to washing, remove the laces. For optimal results, use your preferred gentle detergent and a delicates bag.

• Espadrilles Care: Avoid submerging espadrilles in water. If they get wet, let them air dry. Spot clean as needed with gentle soap.

• Air Dry: After cleaning, simply air dry your Biankinas. Steer clear of the dryer and bleach to preserve their quality.

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited options available for faster delivery.

  • All orders within the USA qualify for FREE shipping.

• To Canada:

  • Standard shipping: $25, delivered in 5-10 business days.
    
    

• To EU Countries:

  • Standard shipping: $25, with delivery in 6-12 business days.
    
    

• Pre-Orders:

  • Pre-orders are shipped within 4-8+ weeks.
  • Additional fees may apply to international orders.

• International orders outside the continental USA may incur additional duties and tax fees, the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

• Within the USA:
• Exchanges: No shipping charge with Redo purchase.
• Returns: Incur a 15% restocking fee. Please use our intuitive returns & exchanges portal.

• International:
• Exchanges & Returns: Delivery charges incurred by customer.
