We hope you love your Biankina shoes, but if they’re not quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags attached.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return & Exchange Options:

Exchanges (Free with REDO): Need a different size or style? If you select REDO at checkout, return shipping is covered, and your exchange is completely free. Otherwise, standard return shipping fees apply.

Refunds: If you’d prefer a refund, return your item in perfect condition within 30 days, and we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.

Store Credit: You can also opt for a gift card of equal value to use on a future purchase.

REDO for Returns & Exchanges: Choosing REDO at checkout ensures free return shipping and package protection in case of damage. It applies to both returns and exchanges, making the process seamless and worry-free.

Additional Notes:

• Sale/discounted items are final sale and only eligible for store credit.
• Returns must be shipped from the country of purchase.
