Our Terms
We hope you love your Biankina pieces, but if they’re not quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of your order date.
Return & Exchange Conditions

Footwear: Must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original packaging and tags attached.

Clothing: All clothing items are Final Sale and are non-refundable.

Swimwear: For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds on swimwear. Returns are not accepted; Store Credit only.

Pre-Orders (Espadrilles): Pre-ordered espadrilles are handcrafted to order. Standard 30-day return/exchange windows apply starting from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.
Return & Exchange Options

Exchanges (Free with REDO): Need a different size or style? If you select REDO at checkout, return shipping is covered. Otherwise, standard shipping fees apply.

Refunds: Return eligible footwear in perfect condition within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method.

Store Credit: Available for footwear and mandatory for all swimwear returns. Store credit is issued via a digital gift card.
REDO for Returns & Exchanges
Choosing REDO at checkout ensures free return shipping and package protection. It applies to all eligible returns and exchanges, making the process seamless and worry-free.

Sale/Discounted Items: These are Final Sale and only eligible for store credit.

Clothing: Strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

International Returns: Returns must be shipped from the country of original purchase.

Brand Integrity: We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if we believe the request is being used to harm the brand, including through defamatory comments made online or on social media.

All returns, exchanges, and related decisions are ultimately at the discretion of Biankina. We reserve the right to determine the outcome of any request.
