Our Terms

  • Condition of Items:
    For exchanges or returns, all items must be unworn and have tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or does not comply with our policy. We will not accept returned items with visible signs of wear or removed tags.
  • Restocking Fee:
    A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount for the returned item(s). Shipping and other fees are non-refundable.

  • Sale/Discounted Items:
    Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for returns.

  • Return Period:
    Benefit from a 30-day window for returns.

  • Initiating Returns or Exchanges:
    Utilize our user-friendly return portal to initiate returns or exchanges.

  • International Returns:
    Returns are only available for purchases made in the country of origin.

  • Free Return & Exchange Shipping:
    Experience the convenience of complimentary return and exchange shipping by purchasing Redo at checkout.

  • Payments & Refunds: 
    Once we validate the return, we will process your refund within two weeks.

    Based on your preference and/or our assessment, we can issue a refund to your original payment method, provide store credit, or issue a gift card.
